Il B&B Balsimelli12 si trova nel centro storico della Repubblica di San Marino. A pochi metri dai dalla Pieve, dalle Tre Torri, dal Palazzo Pubblico, dai Musei di Stato, dalla Funivia e da tutti i monumenti presenti in Repubblica. Facile da raggiungere, il Parcheggio 6 e il Parcheggio 7 sono i più vicini alla struttura. Ancora più comodo potrebbe essere l'utilizzo della funivia, parcheggiando l'automobile nel parcheggio adiacente alla funivia di Borgo Maggiore e raggiungere a piedi la struttura.

The B&B is located in the old town of San Marino in a very central area.
Just a few meters away from the Pieve ( Church of the saint) close to the Three Towers, the Government Palace, the State Museums, the cableway, and all the monuments present in the Republic.
Easy to reach Parking lots 6 and 7, they are the closest to the structure.
Even more convenient could be the use of the cableway.
Parking the car in the adjacent parking lot of the cableway in Borgo Maggiore and have a short walk to the BB

IN MACCHINA
Dall'autostrada A14 escite a Rimini SUD e segua le indicazioni per San Marino. passato il confine di Stato continuate a salire sempre fino all'ultimo parcheggio in alto .Il parcheggi più vicini sono il Parcheggio 6 PIAZZALE CAVA ANTICA e il parcheggio 7 CAVA DEGLI UMBRI . Se parcheggiate al P6 Passate sotto il grande Arco di pietra "Arco della Fratta" e salite per "Via Salita alla Rocca" arrivati in cima, scendete sulla sinistra nella Contrada dei Magazzeni e arrivate fino in fondo della strada. Vedrete un piccolo slargo, la strada si divide, andate a sinistra scendendo le scalette , ecco il civico 12 sulla sinistra.

IN TRENO
In caso dovesse arrivare con il treno scenda alla stazione di RIMINI. difronte alla stazione dall'altro lato del marciapiede difronte al burgeking c'è la feramata di BONELLI o BENEDETTINI BUS. scendete a BORGO MAGGIORE PORTICI e prendete la funivia. Questa vi lascerà nella parte alta del paese, quella più vicino al b&b. Dalla funivia Prendete CONTRADA OMAGNANO fatela tutta fino ad arrivare di fronte al ristorante diamond, superatelo e sulla sinistra salite le scalette e arrivate così in contrada dei magazzeni 12.

BY CAR
The nearest car parks are 6 PIAZZALE CAVA ANTICA and 7 parking CAVA DEGLI UMBRI . Pass under the big stone Arc "Arco della Fratta" and climb to "Via Salita alla Rocca" at the top, go down on the left in Contrada dei Magazzeni, and arrive at the end of the road. The road forks, go left down the stairs, here is the street number 12.

BY TRAIN/BUS
In case you come from Rimini by bus
( benedettini or bonelli bus) I recommend you stop at Borgo Maggiore ( The bus stop is PORTICI) and take the cable car. You'll arrive in the heart of San Marino downtown, very close to the B&B Balsimelli12. From there, take Contrada Omagnano and walk to Diamond Restaurant. Immediately after the restaurant, take the left upstairs (see the pic) and you'll arrive at Contrada dei Magazzeni 12.
